![]() Is it because of the purists?Īnyway, just wanted to share my opinion and my experience. I don’t understand why they couldn’t make it smooth with the mouse as well since it’s been done with the joystick. But after having experienced the smoothness of the movement with a joystick, the game feels like a massive laggy stutter fest and I’ll be honest, I kinda hate it. Because your playing on a computer not a console. ![]() D4 will have controller supprort on PC as it has been built from the ground up for both control methods in mind. Now I know that aiming with a mouse and having the whole hotkeys and maneuverability advantage is a massive plus. The console versions of D3 are much different than PC version to support controllers. Full 360 degrees of motion, no funky jitters that would’ve been expected from using a stick on a grid based movement pattern.Ģ- All my skills that I want are right there to be used, no need to fuss with f1,f2,f3 etc…ģ- When the potions in my belt are empty, the potions in my inventory appear ‘‘ghost’’ on my belt and I can use them as freely as needed, no need to refill constantly the belt, just spam away friends. So I tried to use the controller to see how the game would play and to be honest, it feel a lot smoother than with a mouse and here’s why.ġ- When I’m using the mouse the character is still on its old square grid movement but when I switch to the controller suddenly it’s perfectly smooth.
